The WIN Challenge team highlighted the gap in women building and shaping AI at The Hill’s AI in America Summit panel on AI & the Future of Work.

Women are 22% less likely to use AI skills in the workplace. These are skills that are needed not to just thrive in our future workplaces but to survive—and we want to make sure women have what they need to succeed. 

Of the nearly half a million women who’ve dropped out of the U.S. labor market this year, economists report nearly 300,000 Black women have been pushed out. These conversations are urgent. We need bold solutions to help women thrive in the workplace as it evolves rapidly.
